Thunderbolt to PCIe adapter

Hey guys, does anyone make such a thing. I have a 2009 Mac Pro. If they do would that work with a Thunderbolt audio interface, thanks !

TB to PCIe exists but that's not what you're looking for.

You are looking for PCIe to Thunderbolt. These do not exist.

Yeah, I was possibly looking for a PCIe card that would give Thunderbolt capability to a older Mac.

Not possible to create such a card under TB specification. Lacking video.

If it weren't for this single fact, I'd have been running AVB 9 months ago and dare I say it, possibly actually making music by now!

Ahhhh! THANK YOU. I've been perplexed as to why such an obvious product doesn't exist. That explains it.
