MTP AV keeps crashing my OS when sending MIDI out

Post by TripHopMop »

It receives MIDI perfectly but when i send MIDI to my synth it will crash my computer immediately

Just as of now the screen on the MTP has gone blank (Lights up but no text present). would this be all caused by a dead battery or is there something else at play ?

It's a CR2032 battery that you can find anywhere. Remove the screws that hold the top cover and you'll see it. It's a little tricky to get the old battery out without breaking the holder but if you study it carefully, you'll see how it's done. Installing the new one is easy.
