Motu 8 pre USB not being recognised by my mac

Hi guys, I just bought a Motu 8 Pre USB and it works amazing when my MAC can recognise him. I don't know what happen, someday she works other days she doesn't work, and this is frustrating because I have work to do!
Any one can tell me what a hell is happening here?
