Hardware buyback?

Post by Arelli »

I have a Traveler MK 3 which pretty much started faltering the day it's warranty expired. Do you have any sort of buyback program, or trade-in thing? I've been happy with most of the MOTU gear I've bought in the past, just not this unit.

Many thanks,

This is NOT a site run by MOTU. It's a privately owned URL. You need to contact MOTU but I'pretty sure the answer is a resounding NO.

Maybe try Craig's list, eBay or Amazon.

Hi,

I would contact MOTU Tech Support at 617.576.3066. They have a replacement policy for most of their units.
