Hi! I'm new here and have a question. I have done a search but not found anything seemingly relevant.
My new setup consists of an 828x to an iMac. I have run out of I/O's on my 828x but still need to connect a couple more hardware compressors and EQ's that i have acquired. I have an old 2408 mkII from my old system (I have lost the pci card) and wondered if it would be feasible to link via either optical i/o's, potentially giving me another 8 i/o's?
If not, would my best option be to buy another 828x? An 8pre or could i buy an older second hand 828mk3 and link that possibly?
