Motu tech support

Hi,

I want to send back to Motu my 828mkII for a refurb one.
I contact Lorne at motu tech support.
I dont have an answer yet.
Just for info is still involve at the Tech support??

Thanks a lot.
My recollection is that you have to phone the tech support line and arrange for the return, and give them a credit card payment at that point.

MOTU may refer you to the distributor for your country. In fact, that would be my first call.

I recently inquired about trading mine in for a refurb. I was told it's not longer supported, so no longer available as a refurb exchange.
