The device isn't found in the system settings, DAW or even console logs. Tried it on Mac, Linux and Windows - so it doesn't look good.
I've put in a tech support request with MOTU, so will see where this leads.

Micro Lite might have died
I think my MOTU Micro Lite died. You plug it in and all the MIDI IN lights up, then a short time later, all the MIDI out lights up - and all stay lit and nothing happens.
