Yes, the latest Motu drivers for OS X don´t work with public beta of Yosemite..... but...... the 1.659200 WORKS PERFECT!!!!!!!!, detects my Traveller, works fantastic with Logic X !!!!, yeah!!!!!!!

Interesting. I have a MOTU PCI-424 based system so I'd still be leery of doing this. Sucks, because Yosemite looks awfully appealing to me. I'm just afraid of what it might break.

I think I did see that the UAD plugs are all broken so that would be a deal killer for me. I have a UAD-2 DUO card in my main studio computer.

Definitely. In my limited experience, MOTU seems to be timely enough with drivers that l wouldn't be surprised to see compatible drivers by the time Yosemite is unleashed upon the unwashed masses.

I will install Yosemite DP5 and 6 over public beta (the public beta is a DP4), anyone can report if any of the motu drivers works well????

Why is this an issue for you?

Those like I who make our livings on our Macs generally avoid OS beta unless we have plenty of time to futz with it. I have other uses for that time and test things only after the OS is released.

MOTU is very good about having drivers that work when or within a few days of a new OS release.

If you want to test it, knock yourself out. Feel free to tell us all about it. Most of us won't care until it's released.

Some people just like experimenting with beta OSes I guess. Fair enough. They just need to understand the risks.

Mike, i have four Macs in studio, two of them with Yosemite DP6, and yes, i like to explore the new OSes. One reason?, Logic X run faster in Yosemite.

And to report. The drivers 1.659200 works with the latest Yosemite DP6.

v1.6.60625 works for me on Yosemite GM. The machine is a mid-2010 mac mini

The drivers were not installed on this machine before.
