Ultralite mk3 Audio problem

Post by katlas »

Hi all,
I've got a problem running my Ultralite mk3 from my Mac with Mavericks, was hoping someone could offer advice.
All audio output from the computer is panned 75% to the right. This is true whether it's DAW, itunes, system sounds, etc.
I have been poking through CueMix trying to find the rogue balance knob, but I can't seem to find the setting that's causing this.
Any ideas where I might find it, or what else might be going on?
Thanks

I have this interface. I'm away from the studio right now but I don't remember a panning knob available through cuemix. One thing to try is using a different output pair instead of the main outs to see if it might be isolated to the mains.

Make sure your input audio is panned center too - if it is try a different input pair (if you are not dealing with computer audio problems)

If it's your daw output just make sure you don't have any panning on your daw.

Hope you get it sorted out!

Chris

if you have Enable Core Audio Volume Controls enabled in MOTU Audio Setup, then the level and pan controls in the Sound Preferences will be active.....
