Please reword your request for info. You seem to have your "from" and "to" items mixed up here, so I really cannot follow what it is you are trying to do at all.

For instance, your first line seems to be ACTUALLY saying you want to stream FROM the 828 S/PDIF TO another device.

Edit needed!

Additionally, you did not mention if you are using Cuemix and whether you are familiar with how it works or not.

Thanks for your reply Terry.

I have installed Cuemix software but i am newbie to MOTU Ultra Lite MK3 so i am not sure how cuemix works.

Actually my connection is like this

Ultra Lite Mk3 S/PDIF Out is connected to Other Device S/PDIF in. For this case Please tell me the proper settings in Cuemix as well as for MOTU Audio console.

You make one of the 8 MIXES point to the S/PDIF output. (In the final slider's drop-down menu you select the destination for that mixer.) Then you enable the channels you want to send to that slider. Pretty easy once you get that you have 8 separate mixers assignable to 8 separate output destinations available in Cuemix. Watch your mutes! (Yellow means muted.)

I hope that explanation coupled with the video clarify that for you.

Most important item for the MOTU Audio console is to have the sync set to "Internal". Set the other external device's sync to "External" so it slaves to the MOTU box.

Hi Terry,

I have gone through the video provided by you. And I have made settings as per my requirement. I am able to see the S/PDIF output in Cuemix meters tab.

The output of S/PDIF is given to another device of S/PDIF input. The another device actually sends that S/PDIF in to one of Analog out put of that device. But I am not able to listen any audio from that analog output. Does this mean my code is not working properly or am i missing anything?

I am not able to attach the screen shots of cuemix software settings.

If you are seeing output in the meters (the last slider especially) in Cuemix with the S/PDIF output selected and it is connected correctly, then perhaps the other device is not sending out its analog output, or is exhibiting some incompatibility. Does it have meters to view? It might be helpful to me to know what this "other device" actually is.
