So I am using a 828mk3 firewire interface with win10 and everything seems to work flawlessly except the hardware knobs on the front panel. The little master volume knobs, although nice to have, seem really finicky. For instance, if I turn up the 'PHONES' knob at a fast rate the LCD screen displays the volume db's just dancing around but ultimately getting attenuated, but if I turn the knob up slowly at a nice even rate then it will work(most of the time). Has anybody experienced this?? I'm not sure if I'm missing something or there is something wrong with my unit.
