No audio coming out

Hey everybody,
I am having a problem. I have a motu 4 pre that I use with windows 10 and I have been using it for a while with no problem. Just recently I installed a Geforce 1060 graphics card. Now I cannot get any audio to come out of my 4 pre. I have turned off the audio to the HDMI through the Nvidia control panel. I have updated/reinstalled the firmware and drivers. In the sound manager I have the main 1-2 outputs selected as default and I can see they are getting signal but, STILL NO OUTPUT!! I have verified all my cables are connected correctly and everything is working. Also, when I use the sound manager to test the audio output from Motu Main 1-2 I still get nothing. I can see the signal and I get nothing. Can anybody help?
