I'm on Win 10 64 bit and X99 chipset
ASIO works normally with my DAW
MIDI is completely silent. Drived a MIDI input from a keyboard and it's silent.
I'm monitoring everything with MIDI ox.
From my DAW is recognized, but onlt not motu MIDI works.
Generating an MTC clock from MIDI OX to the Ultralite light the signal,
but at the Synthesizer end, the clock does not arrive.
Same procedure with another firm MIDI device (simple usb) it works flawlessy.

I repeated all passages twice. Motu does not respond.
What can it be? I already checked firmware, uninstalled all drivers and reinstalled.
Is was using it few months ago and it was working just fine. And I do not install much software on my DAW pc. So just windows updates and my main DAW.

Can anyone suggest some how to get SMPTE console working perhaps if I can get it generating a clock signal there is hope. But I do not understand how to do it, it seems I just have a receiver and not a generator in the SMPTE console.

The drivers MME and DX failed altogether

I have checked on another pc which was on an old win 10 64 bit build, and it was reckognizing all the drivers. But after a few seconds they went all greyed out.

On the first pc were I could not see the MIDI signal, althought the ultralite was appearing as an option, only the asio driver worked.
All other drivers fail to start.

The sound is ok, I can switch 4.1 to 192kh no problems. So the hardware should be ok.

Is there a problem with win 10 64 and the firewire interface??

What's happening? I can't have two pc totally wrong, also my second pc is just a testbench pc, totally pristine win 10 x64 installation, but it got disconnected from the motu also after a few secs...

I never had this problem before. Can this be related to something with win 10??
If so I should not be alone with this problem... :woohoo:
