I am New to Cuemix Ultralite Hybrid MKIII

Love the sound of my MOTU Ultralite Hybrid MKIII but I have not used Cuemix at all. I am new to this app. I'd like to learn.

I have browsed some threads over here and looked at youtube videos and I don't see anyone that has my particular issue with Cuemix, so I hope you don't mind answering what may be a simple question.

I can load Cuemix, move all the faders etc but it seems to have no effect whatsoever, as in, no change to the sound, no solo function etc.

I understand that it doesn't operate on the inputs, but I have tried using it in playback and still nothing goes through it.

Either it is a one-off defect to be fixed in my unit, or something so obvious that no one bothers to mention it. I apologize if that turns out to be the case.
