Ultralite mk3 is not working in my new computer

Dear All,

I used to use my ultralite mk3 with my old computer which got no problem on it.
But it didn't work on my new computer.
When I plugged in the Devices, the computer shut down and showed this:

What's the problem?
MotherBoard: Asus H97-pro gamer
Software: Nuendo Steinburg

Urgent!
