Hi,
I'm new on this forum.
I searched for an answer to my problem. I just bought a Motu 4pre and I installed and connected it on my Win7 x64 system via USB.
The installation ends without any problem but, I can't hear any sound from the MOTU.
Another problem is that faders of CueMix always get to the initial positions, anyway the changes I make affect the MOTU (I tried with a microphone connected to the MOTU and I hear the differences when I work with the faders and mutes).
From Presouns Studio One I can see the MOTU and its latency time but when I try to play the transport doesn't move. No sound.
I tried uninstalling/installing a few times but nothing ...
Just for testing the MOTU, I installed it on a laptop Win7 x86 and there it works fine... very disappointing, it seems the problem is only on the Win7 x64.
Anybody can help me please?
