Hi,
I'm trying to get a 16A running under Windows 8.1, 64-bit.
After downloading and installing "MOTU AVB USB Installer 1.1.exe", the device manager shows 2 entries "16A" below "Other devices" with exclamation marks - stating "The drivers for this device are not installed (Code 28)".
MOTU AVB USB Audio Control Panel shows "No devices connected." at any time.
Things I have tried without success:
- Restarting motu
- Restarting computer
- Changing USB cable
- Changing USB ports
- Uninstalling/Reinstalling drivers
- Installing DriverPackages\DPInst64.exe
- Updating driver->"Let me pick ... "-> "Have disk ..." -> Choosing DriverPackages\*.inf results in "USB Device cannot start (Code 10)."
Would be glad if you could give me some hints; device works perfectly under Mac.

Hi,
Do you know what firmware version the unit is running? You can hit the "Sel" button on the front panel of the unit, and scroll down to "Version" to find out. You may need to update the firmware before the device can connect to the Windows machine via USB.
