Motu audio express problem win 7

The problem with my Motu Audio Express is that sometimes audio is completely gone. The only thing I hear when it has happened is a very high beep,Im using win 7, my lap is i7 8 gb ram,How i can resolve this annoyng problem,Some time this is happening too many times in 10 min or so.I will be verry greatfull if someone can resolve my problem thx in advance.
