ultralite mk3 and 24 bit 96khz DVD-A playback - problem

Hey hows everyone doing?

I'm having a problem trying to play dvd audio at 24 bit 96khz in windows 7/64 i set 96khz in the audio console and i can test it in windows playback devices and it works fine
but when i try to play a dvd-a in any software(windows media player, media monkey, vlc, arcsoft total media)it reverts back to 44khz or justs crackles and pops or crashes my machine
