problem of sampling frequency between motu 896 mk3 and my pc

i have a pc lenovo with windows 8 64 bit 12 GB ram and i usually work with a motu 896 mk3.

For some time I can not operate the sound card , I always worked 44.100hz but for the last project I worked with cubase 6.5 to 48,000 .
Now the pc when I connect the USB card does not read anything I do at 44,100 to 48,000 !
