Hello, the phones volume knob on my 896mk3 (firewire) is not responding anymore. I can change the volume via cuemix (on windows) but not with the knob. If I press it it just says -12db and doesn't move. I've tried doing a factory reset, turning it off and on again, unplugging it from the computer and operating it standalone... still the same.
I have seen previous posts with similar problems but none that seem to have been solved !! Any clue anyone ?
