Hello...
On my Traveler (original, not mk3), the unit is sitting on a screen that says Motu Traveler Firmware Upgrade.
No inputs are working and my computer can't connect to it.
It was working, just fine, on Sunday.
Power-cycling the unit immediately displays Motu Traveler Firmware Upgrade.
I tried holding the Mix button (documented factory reset steps), but it won't change from that screen.
Any ideas?
This has been a solid interface for 9 years.

I spoke with Motu's support and they said the ROM chip has failed.
I had posted, previously, about the Traveler forgetting routing http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtop ... er#p481323.
They said that was indicative of an eventual failure.
