Is old XP click/pop issue resolved with Win7 or Win8

Postby retrograde » Tue Jan 08, 2013 3:24 pm

Hi all. Getting ready to move up to Win7 or Win 8. I haven't been following the latest discussion but am hoping against hope that the issue is resolved.

Has Win7 or Win8 eliminated the bad firewire driver issue we faced with XP SP2 and SP3? Can we now use latest win and MOtu drivers under Win 7 and Win8? Or are old firewire and old Motu drivers still needed to stop clicks and pops?
