ULTRALITE MK1 PROBLEM !

My Ultralite MK1 works on my macbook pro under both OSX and Windows 7 but, my desktop PC doesn't recognise it.
It gets power via firewire400 cable from my pc, but device manager doesn't make any reaction when I turn it on and off.
In the device manager I can see there is a firewire port installed (IEE 1394 OHCI Compliant Host Controller)
My mainboard is ASUS P6T and it has got a VIA IEE 1394 chipset for firewire port.
I update my motu's firmware with my macbook pro(in windows mode) but no change.
