This is not very difficult to repair in the driver, MOTU. Please get on this asap because I've been suffering this on machine for years now.

I kindly offer my services free of charge if you need an inside hand with beta testing anything that you come up with. I don't have the actual skills to fix this driver but I know your team does. Please let me work with you as a tester, if necessary.

Any thoughts, please?

Bumping because this is still a concern here. Very much hoping MOTU will finally alleviate this problem with a new driver soon. System uptime is impossible for longer than 3 or 4 days due to this error rearing its ugly head every so often.

Interested in any comments by other Traveler users or by MOTU staff.

Thanks.

Just be aware that this isn't an official MOTU forum so there's no way to predict if anyone from MOTU will even see this.

Hey James!

Great news. Chris, a representative of MOTU had contacted me about the issue. I sent him a crash dump showing the 0xD1 motufwa.sys.

He has replied that the issue has now been fixed and that there is a new driver available as of today on MOTU's site.

I just installed it and am listening to some music. Keeping fingers crossed that the issue has finally been solved after all these years.

I'm looking forward to a long system uptime for a change haha.

Chris, if you see this....thank you so much to your company and yourself. It's appreciated!

This just proves how a GOOD AND PROACTIVE ATTITUDE beats whining, bitching, ranting and bashing MOTU.
