PCIe424 and Windows 10 Issue

Post by energydat »

Hello everyone and greetings from Germany.

About around 15 Years now I using the following configuration:

PCI 424e
2 x MOTU 2408 MK II
1 x MOTU 24 I/O
1 x MIDI Express 128

starting from Windows XP put o now running Windows 10 professional 64bit.

I had never problems with the core system.
Only that the MIDI Express sometimes must be disconnected and re connected to get recognized.
Also the MIDI Express Interface stops Cubase from closing correctly sometimes.
They told me to make sure that the Interface is connected via a usb port, which is directly on the board. It is so, but it never come to a solution with this problem...

The main problem since updating to Windows 10 Prof 64bit, is the I have no sound after starting the PC. To open the CueMixer und make a Mute on the Output-Bus and chancel mute to get the channel to work. This Mute Switching is necessary on every channel, I will use.

Does anyone have similar issues?

Greets
Tom
