MSI and IE8 : bad news

Hi,

I can't retrieve the messages at this moment, but we know that MSI and IE8 are not compatible for some unknown reason (what can be the relationship between VSTIs and IE ??).
I, as well as others, have done a complete check : back to IE7 -> ok, update to IE8 -> Cubase hang up during MSI loading.

Now it seems that MS will no more ask for update in next january 2012 :

We'll get IE8 automatically without beeing able to prevent that !!
