Motu Symphonic Instrumetn crashing Pro Tools

I have a Digirack Pro Tools LE system running on an XP dual core intel machine. I've been using MSI for a while and love it. But at some point, I upgraded my XP workstation and my new PC has SATA drives and a dual Intel processor.

I started with fresh installs of all programs because my Ghost image would not restore correctly to the SATA drives.

I got Pro Tools 7 and all my plugins working except MSI. When MSI is installed, Pro Tools crashes when trying to open.

Has anyone had this issue, and if so, how were you able to restore the Motu Symphonic INstrument? I've checked everyting I can think of including updating my iLok.

Any ideas? Could this be the drives?
