Buffer Setting Bug

Post by westlake79 »

Interesting bug. All of my MIDI notes are early by an 8th note. Problem occurred suddenly.

Narrowed it down to the buffer setting -

When I select a setting of 512, the buffer setting will actually be 256. If I select 128 the real buffer setting is 64, etc. Selecting 32 buffer gives me an actual setting of 2048. So the drop down menu is off by one setting, making all MIDI notes recorded out of sync because it's trying to compensate for the difference in timing.

Anyone encountered this before? What's the fix?

I'm on 9.01. I will try updating to latest version.
