MIDI record timing DP 9.13 ...playback is out of sync ...any fixes ???thanks Gary

Make sure you don't have any latency inducing plugins on the Master Fader while recording.

Could the issue be resolved in MIDI Preferences.. uncheck "Sync MIDI..." ? When Sync is enabled, DP places MIDI note ons corresponding to when VIs are heard while recording. When off, DP put MIDI events at actual time they are performed while recording.

When recording with a large buffer or look-ahead limiters, it can give undesired results. Works great with smaller buffer sizes.

Wow! Thanks for sharing, HC. When I opened that preference I also saw "Patch Thru in background".

That now allows me to keep a MIDI channel within DP live when using another app like "Transcribe".

Cool.
