Hey there...
Booted up my rig just now to begin work on a new cue....and.....no step record!
I see the MIDI data inputting in the step record window, but no data is recorded in the tracks window.
I don't use step record all that often.....But its always functioned in the past when I've used it.
Any thoughts?

OK I'm an idiot......
I've accidentally un-ticked the auto step box.
I rarely use step record AND IT SHOWS!!!!!
