DP 9.12 spikes in playback with only 1 VI

Post by NealF »

Just got the free update and now when I try to play my old Ivory piano VI it's crackling all over. Starts and stops, too. The playback indicator keeps filling up fast as well.

I've tried it in 64 and 32 bit mode. There's no other VI and only one audio track, to it seems the playback should be next to nothing.

Any ideas?

Make sure you are using the latest version of Ivory.

It seems that MOTU and the Ivory folks have ironed this out.

In my case, Ivory II is now working great in 9.12.
All is well

Thanks.

It was a Prefs setting that I had to change. Don't have it in front of me now, but something to do with offline voices. Now it's fine.
