Help: Clippings not available

Post by dix »

I installed DP on a new laptop and I have no Clippings capabilities on it.

I found a post from 2013 that says I should see the Clippings folder at /Users/Username/Library/Preferences/Digital Performer™/MOTU Clippings, but there is no Digital Performer™ folder in the Library (only a com.motu.DigitalPerformer folder). Is that old info? I tried creating such a folder and created a MOTU Clippings within that, but that didn't work.

Any idea how I can get Clippings back?

Thx

With DP9 the location for me is User>Library>Preferences>MOTU Clippings.

Okay. Thanks. That folder is there, but DP can not create a clipping. Create Clipping is grayed. Why can't DP see it? ...checked the permissions on that folder. they seem to be fine. anyone?
