Re-analyzing files forever ?

Hi all, hope you are doing fine :D
DP7.24 keeps reanalyzing a W64 file ( BWAV interleaved about 7GB in size ) every time I open the project.
I let it finish analyzing, but it keeps re-analyzing.
Is this a W64 thing - in DP724 ?
OS 10.6.8 here, otherwise very stable
