Crossfade issue since going to DP9.01 [ed: and now in 9.02]

Post by dix »

Audio crossfade/fade shapes are not being remembered for me in 9.1.

Almost always DP reverts back to equal-power, occasionally a straight xfad, other times weird asymmetrical shapes. I'm having to change the crossfade shape almost every time I create a crossfade or a fade - which is about twice a minute on the current project I'm working on!

Kinda losing my mind here. Anyone else seeing this? Is there a pref I don't know about maybe? How can I get a consistent fade shape to stick?

Thx!

Could be a DP9 bug. We'll have to see if anyone else is seeing it.

I saw this. Seems like a different phenomena.

Is any one else getting unpredictable fade shapes? Basically I want DP to do a straight ramp fade, no curve, unless I say otherwise. Are others able to do this?

This issue has followed me into 9.02 and continues to mess up my flow on a constant basis. I'm thinking it's gotta be a pref or something? Any suggestions? Thx!
