no tracks showing in sequence field??

I accidentally lost all my tracks after clicking on some pref - now tracks I record will show but disappear when I stop transport??? I checked view set all - still see nothing yet files are saving to my audio file folder??

View as in Cmd-f? That's the usual problem.

thanks ! I think I accidentally hit the view filter command & also destructive editing ! lord help me ! As I record on my vox track it won't save anything in the sequence editor?? But file goes to Audio folder
