DP9 and MIDI files [RESOLVED]

Post by midiw »

I have a MIDI file set in Apple's Finder to open using DP9.

Why is it that when i double click that MIDI file it will not launch/open with or in DP 9 ?

Or, if i have DP 9 set up for a new project why does drag drop not work ?

Help and comments very much appreciated.

Right-click mouse on MIDI file and select your favorite app or.. get info and in "open with" pop up menu select DP as default app for MIDI files

I'm on DP8 and this feature works perfectly...in DP 9 must also work fine (has your file a standard ".mid" extension?)

Thanks, that was my problem. Works like a charm in DP9.
