Omnisphere not retaining patch info in DP9?

Well, this sounds like the other side of the coin: Many have had trouble with new projects not saving patches, while you're having old projects not remembering them. Obvious as it is, I'd suggest calling Spectrasonics on this. They're really good at this stuff.

I did get in touch with them a few months ago and the technician who responded recommended downloading a few "free" DAWS to see if was DP specific.

I'm kinda balking at that.

I may be paranoid, but I can see pathway issues, preference anomalies, etc.

Could just be me!

If I have a week or so of a down period I may try it.
