Well, this sounds like the other side of the coin: Many have had trouble with new projects not saving patches, while you're having old projects not remembering them. Obvious as it is, I'd suggest calling Spectrasonics on this. They're really good at this stuff.

I'm kinda balking at that.
I may be paranoid, but I can see pathway issues, preference anomalies, etc.
Could just be me!
If I have a week or so of a down period I may try it.
