DP 9 impressions and issues thread

I use it all the time in the Quickscribe editor to merge and "Slur" adjacent notes...since i always work with the score in front of me it's handy...

Hey, that's interesting. I never used it within Quickscribe, but will definitely keep it in mind.

but unfortunately somehow it got broken with 9.01...or at least it's not working as before...

I am still having a terrible problem with Waves plug ins not muting when automated. It’s random when and which plugs dont work. (I should make a list sometime). It makes mixing coo coo because you can think things are muting or ON...when they are not...really sucks.
Some plug ins are fine and some are subject to this bug.
And the ones that do automate mutes can suddenly NOT work until DP gets re-started.
I do not know who is the culprit, MOTU or Waves, but it has lasted since DP 9. Also, snap shot automation problematic.
Anyone have any info on this?

I spend way too much time waiting on DP9. Usually after rewind when I hit play.

Then you have a conflict in your system. This is not a problem in DP9.
