I scrubbed some of the posts, but I have to say, this looked like the first little jab. Certainly it may have crossed your mind as you posted it that it was going to start something. :shake:
Whatever dude, whatever. It's your board so who am I to question you?

I feel like we'd be better off discussing politics or religion than DP sometimes. :surrender:

Trust me... we wouldn't. I initially allowed it when I started this board a long, long time ago. It was a disaster and I rather quickly implemented the policy banning discussion of politics and religion. ;)

Hi all...is there an official way to report bugs to MOTU directly?

I have a question, sorry If It's been discussed before but I just recently switched to DP: when I'm inside the MIDI Editor, if I want to grab the side of a note to make it longer, while holding the mouse button once i reach the screen border, DP doesn't scroll, so i have to leave it like that, zoom out or scroll left or right, grab the note again and re-do that...
on the Sequence Editor though DP scrolls as i expected...

is this normal behaviour?

thanks!
all the best

Or call tech support. I'm not sure about the scroll thing. I'll check in the studio later.

I don't think it's normal. The MIDI Editor scrolls for me when the start of the note gets to the edge of the screen.

Scrolls for me no problem either; sometimes it's a little on the slow side but it does scroll.

It doesn't here...but It scrolls in the sequence editor...
I have the MIDI editor undocked and on a separate screen all by itself...

and also, the solo function that allows to solo the "on top" editor, sometimes works and sometimes not, especially if i soloed once, then edited something, then hit play again always with the same editor on top...it's a bit inconsistent sometimes...

"Heal Separation" command broken ?

Post by markthree »

The "Heal Separation" command is now broken for me, It was working in DP9.0
I use it to "glue" MIDI notes together in the Quickscribe editor

anyone else?
