Set Marker font size

Post by cbergm7210 »

Grief, I feel like a newbie, but...when I click on the Marker name then go to the Text menu to change the font size (like the manual says to do) all choices in the Text menu are still greyed out.

Anyone?

I didn't know this was possible! :)

So are we able to set the font size for individual markers, or is it a setting that affects all of them? I hope it's the former. That could help me A LOT to identify certain spots easier.

Wouldn't it be great if we could have different marker "kinds", or at least be able to color-code them?

Either way, I'll find out how to do what you mentioned in your OP.

I can confirm that you can change the Marker font and size in the Quickscribe editor (only, not for other screens). Works great! The size setting affects all markers. You can't set them individually.

However, I'm not sure why the options are greyed out. You might not have all size options for all fonts, so try Helvetica. Also, try double-clicking and highlighting the marker text to see if the size options become enabled. I can't access DP at the moment to test.

My fault. I failed to see that was in the chapter about Quickscribe as I searched the PDF for "font size".

I was for a moment happy that this feature (I thought) was available, though.
