Eratic Click on Auto-record (Punch-in)

Post by mmestek »

I have the click on all quarter notes. When I set auto-record to begin at 32.4.450, I get a double click sound at 32.4.450 and 33.1.000. Auto-record set at 32.4.360 and 33.1.000 is fine but I like to punch in slightly before the beat in case my performance is rushed. The hardware buffer settings do have an effect, but the problem still happens. Any ideas? Thanks.

If it does not make the double-click when punching in at 3.1.000, then do that. DP now allows you to expand the take (edge edit), as it has recorded a few seconds before your punch in.
