I switch between using my MBP with my Apogee Symphony I/O in the studio to using it standalone as a laptop device with earbuds. Increasingly, when I switch these modes, projects I had open and saved in the previous mode, have output assignments still pointing to the previous device, though italicized as if to indicate they're still looking for the other configuration.
It takes me some time to re point each track to the correct configuration. I was hoping there's an easier way to have it re-map automagically.
Thoughts?
