Lost Insert Settings?

...just a quick question. Just got my copy of DP 7 plus the upgrade to .2. Wow, a world of difference. I had basically given up on DP, 6 was completely unstable for me, constant crashes, but 7 is just fantastic, not to mention with 6 the screen was so bright that I could only use it by reversing the monitor which made everything lousy, but now, couldn't be better with all the darker themes...
...ah but I digress
I tried adding an insert to a track (I think "ethereal" was one of the names) but when I went to change it instead of choosing "Clear Inserts" I chose "Delete Insert Settings". Now the two I deleted seem to be gone for good. Am I doing something wrong? How do I get them back? I'm just getting back into using DP, so I'm sure it's just something dumb that I'm doing, I can't imagine it's possible to delete an insert setting permanently.
Thx.

Why wouldn't it be? Especially if there's an option to "clear" AND an option to "delete." You could probably get them back by running the DP 7.2 installer again I guess.
