The standard way would be to get a dedicated A/B box that you can effortlessly switch from source to source. Buy if you are sold on doing it through the MOTU box, you could just use another stereo pair of outputs to speakers "B" and select that as the output on your "Master" bus ...

Double click on the the METRONOME icon and it will take you to the prefs.

Once there, select the Click Output to an Aux bus.

Add an AUX trax and select that identical bus as the input and BAM!
