I think this is a fairly recent update to “tools”. I recall reading about it somewhere like release notes.

Stationary is a workaround for templates. It’s no surprise that a few of the editors are not included. But the rest of it is a mystery. It can’t be much of a help to MOTU to be confusing new customers with poor documentation,

Perhaps the entire project is outsourced.

It's not anywhere near as bad as other light versions. For one thing there aren't track-count limits IIRC.

There are limits to track counts. If there weren’t it would be a lot more useful.

Similar thoughts and questions here, and I’ll be interested in any advice you get. I have some old apps I want to keep using, and my old Macs are likely to die a lot sooner than yours. You probably have several years of life left in a 2018 MBP.

There used to be sharing sites for midnam files but they seem to be disappearing. One of them, Digicake, suggests getting a demo copy of DP and extracting them from there.

You can even us different versions of the same plugin in one sequence. I haven’t done it but I expect you could even use multiple versions of the same plug-in in the same channel.

I don’t understand why so many people get caught by this. Every time I start an audio app for the first time, a dialog comes up asking if the app can access the microphone. It’s difficult to miss.
