Re: Reverse Plug In and Reverse Phase not in DP 7.22?
Just wondering. Is there a way to assign a key command to (apply plug in). It would make workflow quicker. Maybe in D.P. 9?

Time Machine?
Hey, maybe a stupid question, but doing what we do, is there any reason for me to dedicate an external HD just for Time Machine? Just wondering if it is even worth my TB space?

Re: The Big Leap
Hilarious! I noticed you left out paying taxes. Thanks for the advice, I decided to just stay with 10.8.5There are three things we have to do alone in life.
Be born.
Die.

The Big Leap
I'm think of going from OS 10.8.5 to wherever we're at right now, OS 10.12??
Is this a mistake? Any opinions?
Thanks,

Boy, I'm with you on that one. So really? Is it that much faster to open a project? In my personal experience, having mega-projects open up in under 10 seconds vs. taking up to 10 minutes, is worth $200 on its own

Re: Slate Digital (for free plug-ins)??
I might disagree with his advertising tactics. But I'm trying out the Virtual mix rack right now and it sounds great, very high quality. I'd put them on a scale a little higher than my Waves plugs and I love them.

Re: Slate Digital (for free plug-ins)??
Kubi,
Thanks for clarifying. It seems it's not explained that well, or I just didn't get the free part. I'll probably get in touch with them since I have a few of their plug ins and see what I qualify for.

Slate Digital (for free plug-ins)??
Hey there. I'm sure you Slate Digital users have gotten the email from them starring Steven Slate, about the free plug ins. Don't get me wrong, I love his plug ins. I use the FG-X on everything i do but does he really have to stoop to false advertising?? This is just another Waves yearly coverage pl...

Re: A Cautionary Tale
Thanks Bayswater! Done. I wasted a little time and a month's subscription ($14.95). Not bad considering other troubleshooting problems I've had in the past. This happens a lot, so there are quite a few articles on how to make sure Mackeeper is removed entirely.

Re: A Cautionary Tale
I guess I should consider myself lucky!!
I reinstalled D.P.8 and that took care of the 64 bit problem I was having. No other problems have turned up…..yet.

Re: A Cautionary Tale
Yeah MacKeeper was definitely a mistake on my part. But also I've been using Filezilla for years and didn't know about the Filezilla/MacKeeper connection.

Re: A Cautionary Tale
Anyhow Bayswater and mhschmieder, that's exactly what I was thinking too. Especially after I trashed the preferences and the plist. No difference. So that's my next step for sure.
