I'm a fan of the consolidated window. I use it and like it.

I'm using KRK Rokit 5 - I mix at around 75db and these things are clean and clear. I've used Yamaha, Tanoy, Machie along with a few others in my mixing career and found the Rokit 5's to be the most flat, clear and clean. I know that's a matter of opinion so to each their own. My thoughts. : )

I'll try that. They import fine into Mixbus - I'll just export from Mixbus and try that.

Not sure about SampleTank 3 but the free UVI work station I believe does.

I select the stereo audio file in the sequence editor and choose bounce to disc and choose .wav deinterleave. That splits the left and right channels. I found this to be the simplest way for me.

I record and mix everything 24 bit. I never add dither. When it has to be put onto a cd then and only then will I dither from 24 bit to 16 bit. Let the mastering house do it.

I unchecked pre-render and it still acted up. I bypassed all effects and processors. Never did figure it out. It was coming from a track where there was no audio - strange. I automated a mute on that track in the beginning and that solved it.

Hello all, I'm having an issue where when I start a sequence I will hear a click sound. This will also translate into a bounce. It is intermittent and becoming frustrating to me. I was working in Studio Vision and ProTools 3 tracking and took the tracks to NJ studio for mixing where they used DP 2.7 - I loved it so much I had to buy it right away. Been using it every since. They all (DAW's) do what they do very well, I just prefer DP over all others. My thoughts

Your right - Bundles is where you would want to set the outputs up. I do this often with SampleTank and MarcFive
