It works with Melodyne - it's not perfect but it can be useful. Sometimes easier to look at the notes and then play them to record a MIDI track. But it does work.

I was particularly proud of the Aladdin Sane picture I had on the top of the playback wiper (kGEPartsIconSet_PictID@2x.png). The png's need several sizes depending on your screen resolution. Copy an existing theme you like and then experiment!

Said this years and years ago - there is one window too many - either the Tracks or Sequence window should be adapted and made the main window - but to have both can be confusing to newer users. But just my opinion....

Totally agree - Time Machine is great - just got a second hard drive for backup on Time Machine - but it has saved me many times. I can also recommend Microsoft One Drive - you get 1TB cloud backup free if you subscribe to Microsoft 365 - it seems to work well too for file backups.
