Re: OS X 10.5.6 and Security updates are out...any takers?
Sorry, I'm dumb, I just didn't have the inputs of the aux track assigned.

None of my 3rd party plugs (UAD, Waves, SoundToys, PSP, etc.) are showing up in an aux track. The MOTU effects show up fine.

Re: Sneaky menus
Thanks for that. Geez, I've been with DP since 3.X, and I never had that come up. My preference was set to "Apply with Enter key sends window to Back" and I think even clicking on "Apply" was sending it back.

Sneaky menus
The consolidated window in DP 6.0.1 was acting sometimes like it suddenly was not the active window (even though I was working exclusively inside it) and I discovered why. I would highlight an area on the Tracks Window and choose from the pull down menu to Transpose/Quantize/Change Velocity/(Whateve...

Re: DP Bounce Bug!!
I haven't had that specific BTD problem, but I have had problems with the bounce having drop-outs on tracks that have fades or looped audio; at the point where the fade starts the audio will drop out for a second, just on that track. Or, if I copied and pasted audio, the start of the pasted audio fi...

Re: Highlight not functioning
So I figured out what was happening. The Tracks window was acting as if it wasn't the active window, even though by highlighting something within it you would assume it was. I noticed this when I highlighted a section of audio and command-Y'd it to split it. The audio split, and I then command-C'd i...

Highlight not functioning
Anyone else having this issue? I'll highlight something in the Track view mode, but then nothing happens when I try to delete it or shift it or whatever. I close DP and open it and everything works normally again, until at some point I can't delete (or shift or whatever) a highlighted audio file or ...

Re: Problem: Blank Dialog Boxes in 6.01
I've had this exact problem with Sonnox (Inflator and Transmod) and Brainworx plugs. I removed them and problem solved. It looks like certain plugs cause this behavior in DP 6.0.1. If you don't have these plugs in your project, try removing some others.

Re: DP 6.01 behaving well anyone else?
I think I found the culprit. On a new mix, I had some UAD and iZotope plugs loaded and everything was fine. I added the Sonnox Inflator, and the Bounce to Disk and Set Bite Gain windows from the Audio pull-down menu opened up blank; when I removed the Inflator the windows opened properly. Also, with...

Re: DP 6.01 behaving well anyone else?
So... I had a tech come out and replace my startup drive, logic board, and original 2G of RAM, as per an Apple specialist's recommendation. Installing everything from scratch, I checked Waves plugs first and they loaded normally (almost instantaneously). However, loading a recent DP 6.0.1 file (I wo...

Re: DP 6.01 behaving well anyone else?
I'm having major issues with DP 6.0.1. Bought a Mac Pro quad 3.2 with 18G of RAM and two extra internal drives (one for audio and one for VI libraries) about a month ago and was having so many problems I decided to clone my start-up drive today and then erase it and install OSX 10.5.5 and DP from sc...
