Sorry, I'm dumb, I just didn't have the inputs of the aux track assigned.

None of my 3rd party plugs (UAD, Waves, SoundToys, PSP, etc.) are showing up in an aux track. The MOTU effects show up fine.

I've had this exact problem with Sonnox (Inflator and Transmod) and Brainworx plugs. I removed them and problem solved. It looks like certain plugs cause this behavior in DP 6.0.1. If you don't have these plugs in your project, try removing some others.
